How registration, cancellation, and your information are handled.
Live training — cancellations & transfers
Registration for live trainings is handled through Eventbrite. Eventbrite’s refund settings govern each event.
7 or more days before the session
Full refund.
Within 7 days
Transfer to a future session, or partial refund.
Within 48 hours
Transfer to a future session.
Substitutions
Free, any time up to the session start. Agencies swap staff constantly — email us the new attendee’s name and email.
If Coastline cancels
Full refund or transfer to a future session, your choice.
No-shows
Not refundable. Recording access provided where available.
On-demand courses
The on-demand library is not yet available. Refund terms and access periods will be published here when it launches.
Custom & in-house trainings
Engagement terms
Set in your written agreement and supersede the terms above.
Late cancellation
Cancellation close to a scheduled in-person session may incur travel costs already committed.
Privacy
We collect only what you give us — your name, organization, email, and phone when you contact us or register for a training. We use it to respond to your inquiry, deliver the training you signed up for, and send occasional announcements you can unsubscribe from at any time.
This site runs on Squarespace and our training registration runs on Eventbrite; both process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your information. To request a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, email info@coastlinepartners.org.

By registering for a Coastline training, you agree to the terms below.
Training materials
Slides, handouts, and workbooks are the intellectual property of Coastline Consulting Partners and are provided for your individual professional use.
Recording & redistribution
Sessions may not be recorded, redistributed, or re-taught without our written permission.
Conduct
We ask all participants to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct disrupts a session, without refund.
Scope of training
Our trainings are educational. They do not establish a clinical, supervisory, or legal relationship, and they do not substitute for professional judgment, supervision, or legal advice.
Limitation of liability
Coastline’s liability in connection with any training is limited to the amount paid for that training.
