Mission, Vision & Values
Our mission at Coastline Consulting Partners is to stand alongside agencies as a trusted partner—helping them strengthen systems, meet demands with confidence, and amplify the life-changing work they do every day. We believe lasting impact begins with the right support.
Who we are
At Coastline Consulting Partners, we empower mission-driven organizations with the structure, strategy, and support needed to build resilient teams, maintain compliance, and scale with confidence.
Founded by seasoned leaders with decades of hands-on experience in behavioral health, social services, and nonprofit leadership, Coastline was built on the belief that real impact starts with the right support systems.
We understand the complex challenges agencies face — from navigating policy shifts and managing grants to training an evolving workforce and responding to growing community needs. That’s why we offer a comprehensive, wraparound approach that meets organizations where they are and helps guide them where they need to go.
Whether you're launching a new program, responding to regulatory changes, or simply striving for excellence, Coastline brings the tools, expertise, and partnership to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
We’re more than consultants — we’re collaborators, advocates, and champions for your mission. Let’s build something that lasts.
Coastline’s Story
Founded by seasoned professionals with deep roots in policy, mental health, and public service. Coastline Consulting Partners was born from a shared belief: our systems can do better—and we’re here to help make that happen.
We saw the gaps—between agencies and funding, between staff and support, between passion and sustainable impact. So we built Coastline to bridge them. Our mission is to bring expert-level consulting, policy guidance, and training opportunities to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations—regardless of size or budget.
We believe that schools, corporations, community agencies, and providers all have a role to play in strengthening mental health from the inside out. And when we invest in people—staff, students, participants, and clients—we create the conditions for real, lasting change.
Meet the Team
Every meaningful solution starts with a vision.
Whether it's reimagining a program, strengthening a system, or expanding impact, Coastline was founded on the belief that great ideas deserve the right support — and the right team to bring them to life.

Co-Founder & ConsultantLindsay Slattery-Cerny is a Palm Beach County-based social-work leader with more than fifteen years’ experience spanning frontline practice and systems change across the Treasure Coast. After completing her master’s in social work at Florida Atlantic University in 2012, she served in every tier of the child-welfare continuum, case management, forensic assessment, and residential programming, championing trauma-informed, family-centered care.

Lindsay later co-founded Coastline Consulting Partners, where she provides high-level, systems-oriented behavioral-health consulting and delivers statewide trainings in Zero Suicide, trauma-informed care, grant development, active-bystander intervention, and overdose response. She also volunteers as a regional director for the Florida Suicide Prevention Coalition, guiding advocacy and support initiatives along the Treasure Coast and in Okeechobee County.
