Coastline Consulting Partners was founded by two seasoned professionals with deep roots in policy, mental health, and public service — and a shared frustration with watching good agencies fail for preventable reasons.

We saw the gaps. So we built Coastline to bridge them.

We understand the complex challenges agencies face — navigating policy shifts, managing grants, training an evolving workforce, responding to growing community needs. That is why we offer a wraparound approach that meets organizations where they are and helps guide them where they need to go.

Our mission is to bring expert-level consulting, policy guidance, and training to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations — regardless of size or budget. We believe schools, corporations, community agencies, and providers all have a role to play in strengthening mental health from the inside out.
